Parental requests for copies of student reports For privacy reasons, the QSA is unable to respond directly to parent requests for copies of student reports. Since 2009, only one copy of each student report has been provided to schools for distribution to parents/carers. If a parent/carer wishes to obtain a copy of a student report for family reasons or to replace a report either lost or accidentally destroyed, they should contact the school where the student sat the tests. The school should then email a request to QSA at [email protected]. The QSA will then forward a form to the school for completion. When the QSA receive a completed form, a replacement report will be generated and the report sent to the school for distribution to the parent/carer. Parents also have the option of obtaining a copy of a student’s report by submitting an application under the Right to Information Act 2009.
